1Summary of the Charging Model
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who sets the trading fee? | Binance. Its published fee schedule, VIP tiers, promotions and discounts apply to your account exactly as they would if you traded on Binance directly. |
| Does Gabbar add a charge to my trades? | No, unless a charge is expressly displayed to you before you confirm the Instruction. Any such charge is described in section 4. |
| How does Gabbar make money? | Binance pays Gabbar an agreed commission calculated by reference to the transaction activity generated through the Platform. |
| Does that commission increase what I pay? | No. It is paid to Gabbar out of the fees Binance already charges. It does not add to your trading cost. |
| Can Gabbar rebate its commission to me? | No. The partner programme rules prohibit partners from offering commission rebates to users. Any offer of a rebate in Gabbar’s name is not authorised. |
| Who charges withdrawal and network fees? | Binance, together with the underlying blockchain networks. Gabbar receives none of it. |
2Fees Charged by Binance
- spot and, where applicable, other trading fees, on a maker and taker basis and subject to Binance’s own VIP tier structure and any fee discounts;
- conversion and simplified buy/sell charges, including any spread embedded in a quoted price;
- fiat deposit and withdrawal charges, card processing charges and correspondent bank charges;
- crypto-asset withdrawal charges and the underlying blockchain network fees;
- any funding, borrowing, financing or product-specific charge applicable to a product you use;
- any dormancy, administrative or investigation charge applied by Binance under its own terms.
2.2Binance’s fee schedule is published by Binance and may change at any time in accordance with the Binance Terms. You should consult it before trading. Fee figures displayed on the Platform are sourced from Binance for convenience; Binance’s published schedule and its account records are definitive.
2.3Your Binance fee tier depends on your own activity and holdings as assessed by Binance. Using the Platform does not by itself improve or worsen that tier.
3Remuneration Received by Gabbar
3.1Gabbar receives an agreed commission from Binance under the partner arrangement between them, calculated by reference to transaction activity generated through the Platform – in substance, a share of the trading fees Binance collects from users introduced by, or trading through, the Platform. That share is 30% of eligible Binance trading fees attributable to activity generated through the Platform, subject to the applicable terms of the Binance partner agreement.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Payer | Binance, not the user |
| Basis | A percentage share of the trading fees generated by activity attributable to the Platform, as set out in the partner agreement |
| Commission rate | 30% of eligible Binance trading fees attributable to activity generated through the Platform, subject to the applicable terms of the Binance partner agreement |
| Products covered | Eligible trading products and transaction activity covered by the Binance partner agreement |
| Payment frequency and currency | As specified in the partner agreement between Gabbar and Binance |
| Effect on the user | None. The commission is paid out of fees already charged by Binance and does not increase the price you pay |
3.2No rebates or inducements.The partner programme rules prohibit partners from offering commission rebates to users, and prohibit soliciting existing Binance users to open new accounts for the purpose of generating rebates. Gabbar does not offer cashback, fee-sharing or rebates on its commission, and any communication claiming otherwise is fraudulent or unauthorised and should be reported to security@gabbarex.com.
3.3Gabbar may also receive from Binance non-monetary support such as technical integration assistance, account management and co-marketing. Any material inducement is disclosed here.

5Conflicts of Interest
5.1The conflict.Because our remuneration is calculated by reference to transaction activity, we earn more when users trade more and larger. Trading more frequently increases your costs and is not, in itself, in your interest.
- we provide execution and information services only, and give no advice, personal recommendation or suitability assessment;
- we do not operate incentive schemes, gamified prompts, streaks, leaderboards or notifications designed to induce unnecessary trading;
- our staff are not remunerated on the basis of individual users’ trading volumes;
- marketing and product copy must be fair, clear and not misleading, and is reviewed against this Policy before publication;
- risk warnings are presented prominently and are not conditional on trading activity;
- we disclose the commission arrangement here, in the Terms of Use and in the Risk Disclosure Statement.
5.3What this means for you.Treat any content on the Platform as information, not as a reason to trade. Trade on your own judgement, and consider independent advice.
6Third-Party and Pass-Through Costs
6.1Blockchain network fees, correspondent and intermediary bank charges, card scheme fees and payment provider charges are incurred through your Binance account and are borne by you. Gabbar receives no part of them.
6.2Currency conversion, where required, is performed by Binance or its payment partners at their rates and spreads. You bear the exchange rate risk.
6.3Taxes arising from your activity are your sole responsibility. Platform reports are provided for convenience and are not tax statements.
7Changes
7.1Changes to Binance’s fees are made by Binance under the Binance Terms and may take effect without notice from us.
7.2Where Gabbar introduces or increases a charge levied directly on users, we give not less than thirty (30) calendar days’ notice by email or Platform notification. Reductions and removals may take effect immediately.
7.3Material changes to the commission arrangement with Binance are reflected in an updated version of this document.
